As an annual celebration held during the last week of April, Lab Week is a significant opportunity to increase recognition and appreciation for the essential role of medical laboratory professionals. Established in 1975 as National Medical Laboratory Week, this week is supported by the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS).

At OriGen, we recognize the significant contributions of laboratory professionals, especially those who work in cell therapy labs, academic hospital-based cellular therapy laboratories, or transfusion medicine labs at multi-site hospitals. As a result, we prepared an extensive campaign to show our appreciation for these dedicated individuals.

Our 2023 campaign is focused on increasing customer and internal awareness, and we are setting ambitious goals for growth. This year’s campaign has already yielded significant results, with a growth rate of 150% in customer engagement.

To drive internal awareness, Marketing is launching a comprehensive campaign that includes email and print communications, slides for the monitors, and a banner for the lobby. In addition, we are providing employees with t-shirts to wear on April 27, the designated day of celebration for Lab Week.
